1.3 Initial Business Setup.

The first time you login to the Platform you are directed to the Business Setup Page.

This information is separate from your Membership Account, even though some of the information is duplicated. The reason this was done, quite simply is to make it more configurable and keep your Checklist configuration independent of your Membership Account. Care and attention should be taken when choosing your Settings as this affects how your Checklists are configured.

As much information as possible has been taken from your initial registration process, so some of this information is auto-filled in for you. However, you should take care and attention to update these values to something more meaningful and bespoke.

SETUP

Most if not all of the settings in your Business Setup can be turned off, or changed where they are actually used. The Platform is very flexible in that respect.

This process also allows you to have a user environment, that is specific and dedicated. It has been designed to create an individualized user experience, which helps with automation. Some of the information is used specifically in your Checklists, as well as for display purposes in your environment.

A Business can use this information and configuration in Standardising their Procedures and Policies,

And should match as much as possible, what is currently used in house.

Your ‘Business Setup’ is made up of the following Menu options (FIG.01):

Our registration process goes beyond the typical requirements to gather additional information. This approach serves two essential purposes: first, it streamlines the setup process, saving you valuable time; second, it enables us to craft a dedicated environment tailored precisely to your needs.

Once you have decided on which plan is best suited to your needs, the registration process entails two distinct stages:

Account Registration

Environment Building.

These stages are designed to ensure a comprehensive and seamless experience, avoiding any duplication of data. While the registration primarily focuses on your membership, additional information is requested solely for the purpose of facilitating the creation of your Checklist Environment on the Platform; part of which is your Business Setup. Rest assured that this additional information is not used for any other purpose.

During the Account Registration phase, it is of utmost importance that you provide accurate and complete information. This step establishes your Account Membership, which is independent from the Platform. Once your Account Registration is successfully completed, we move on to the Environment Building phase. This stage involves customizing your account settings and configurations to create an environment that aligns precisely with your needs and preferences. By handling this process on your behalf, we eliminate the need for you to build the environment manually.

Please note that while modifications can be made to your account details in the future through the Account and Business Setup options, it is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the information initially provided.

After the completion of both the Account Registration and Environment Building phases, you will be directed to PayPal for secure payment processing. Once the payment is confirmed, you will be seamlessly redirected back to your account’s home page or landing page.

NOTE

Be aware that is a one-off, first-time process that will take you to your Business Setup for verification. This is where you can check all the information is accurate and apply any changes for a more detailed Business Setup.

If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties during the registration process, our dedicated support team is here to assist you promptly. All you need to do is Contact Us via the Contact Us page, specifying the “Support Department,” and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
